Mr. Jean-Marc Dufat joins VC-A as a crypto-expert
Mr. Dufat has advised Value Creation - alternative on the design and the implementation of the crypto components of our VC-A ecosystem.
Mr. Dufat is an expert in ICOs, STOs, NFTs and other crypto-related structures.
Mr. Dufat used to work for large insurance companies, AXA, Allianz and Groupama. He brings a solid network of asset managers regulated in Luxembourg, France and Switzerland.
Mr. Richard Katz is promoted to Associate Director
Mr. Richard Katz has been a VC-A Member since September 2017 and has now been promoted to Associate Director in charge of debt structuring and fundraising.
Mr Katz is an expert in debt structuring and fundraising for small and medium-sized companies.
Mr. Katz is a former banker trained as Bankpyme (now Caixabank) and Kutxabank. He owns a law degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), a post-graduate degree in tax law, and a master in banking law, balance sheet analysis and cost auditing.

Axion's license for a Professional Investor Funds (PIFs) platform has been approved by the Malta Financial Services Authorities (MFSA).
In 2022, we launched two sub-funds invested in derivatives and financial instruments.

Value Creation - Alternative Ltd. and APC Audit Tax Advisory Ltd. have executed a memorandum of understanding to exchange best M&A practices and collaborate on buy-side and sell-side opportunities.
APC are based in Cyprus and will cover countries located in the eastern Mediterranean Sea
