¿Qué nos depara el 2025 y cómo responderá VC-A?

Incertidumbre, incertidumbre y más incertidumbre siguen dominando el horizonte, pero como optimista empedernido, creo firmemente en convertir los desafíos en oportunidades. A continuación, comparto mi perspectiva para 2025 y las estrategias que VC-A implementará para prosperar en este escenario dinámico.

La elección de Donald Trump marca un punto de inflexión en los mercados globales. Aunque polarizante, su presidencia podría beneficiar a nuestro sector:

  1. •La reducción de la incertidumbre electoral creará un camino más claro hacia adelante.
  2. •Las políticas proteccionistas podrían acelerar las adquisiciones transfronterizas, a medida que las empresas se adapten a los mayores aranceles.
  3. •La desregulación de tecnologías emergentes, como blockchain e inteligencia artificial, podría impulsar el rápido crecimiento de las criptomonedas y las fintechs.

Por otro lado, confío en que los conflictos en Gaza, Líbano y Ucrania pronto darán paso a esfuerzos de reconstrucción, lo que abrirá nuevas oportunidades de inversión y colaboración.

La estrategia de VC-A para 2025: Tres pilares de crecimiento

1. Aprovechar el auge de la IA

  • Fortaleceremos nuestro AI-Adoption Program para capitalizar la transformación impulsada por la inteligencia artificial.
  • A través de nuevas alianzas, identificaremos oportunidades inexploradas y las desarrollaremos en proyectos exitosos impulsados por nuestras capacidades de recaudación de fondos.

2. Expansión de los sistemas de pago internacionales

  • Reforzaremos nuestras alianzas con proveedores globales de servicios de pago para facilitar transacciones transfronterizas, incluidas las criptomonedas.
  • Nuestra misión no es convertirnos en una casa de cambio (FX House), sino ofrecer un ecosistema integral adaptado a las necesidades de nuestros miembros - VC-A FX Program.
  • Aprovecharemos nuestra estructura SICAV en Malta bajo el Axion Blue Program para establecer canales de fondos transfronterizos, maximizando la flexibilidad y eficiencia.

3. Reforzar las capacidades de recaudación de fondos

  • Ampliaremos nuestra red a casi 1.000 prestamistas en todo el mundo - Debt Raising Program.
  • Identificaremos nuevos mecanismos de mejora crediticia - VC-A Credit Enhancement Program (CEP).

Mr. Ian Edward (Eddie) Short joins as Associate Director

Mr. Short joined VC-A to help companies become Intelligent EnterprisesTM adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI). A former KPMG Partner and Capgemini SPV, Eddie brings extensive experience in advising global organizations on change management and strategic transformation
Eddie shall be instrumental to the development of VC-A's AI-Adoption Program.
Eddie is finishing his Doctoral degree in Business Administration (DBA), focusing on Data & AI in Business Transformation. He also received an MBA degree in strategy and finance and an MEng. degree in chemical engineering.

VC-A and BITX Join Forces

BITX delivers a highly specialized, secure financial service that caters exclusively to high-net-worth clients operating within the cryptocurrency space. The company offers seamless solutions for buyers and sellers enabling transactions involving both Fiat money and Crytocurrencies.
BITX is registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) by the Bank of Spain and adhered to Spanish Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
The company complies with regulatory obligations, including reporting suspicious transaction reports (STRs) to SEPBLAC (Servicio Ejecutivo de la Comisión de Prevención del Blanqueo de Capitales e Infracciones Monetarias), Spain’s Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).

ICCTM Launches Beta ADAMftd

We are thrilled to announce that the International Center for Trade Transparency & Monitoring (ICTTM), a company in which VC-A acquired a minority equity stake, has recently launched the beta version of ADAMFft, an all-in-one platform for export marketing, product sourcing, supply chain mapping, trade compliance, and customer due diligence.

The platform now includes five main functionalities:

  2. Tariffs and Trade Rules
  3. Company Due Diligence
  4. People Search
  5. Ports, Terminal, and Shipping Information
More features are in development and will continue to roll out.

VC-A Partners with Hanna

As part of our AI-Adoption Program, VC-A is thrilled to announce its partnership with Hanna Prodigy, the world’s first strategic AI platform.

Hanna offers a cutting-edge secure Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platform, enabling VC-A Members to train their own proprietary generative AI models effortlessly. By integrating both internal and external data sources, members can harness AI capabilities without requiring any coding expertise, ensuring accessibility for all.

In line with this initiative, we are actively seeking partnerships with data suppliers to enhance our offerings. Together, we aim to provide strategy consulting services powered by sector-specific, pre-trained generative models, tailored to meet industry-focused needs.

Multi-Billion Dollar Trades

As part of our Axion Blue Program supported by our SICAV structure in Malta, we are establishing cross-jurisdiction fund channels to trade alternative high-risk assets for superior returns. Our channels cater to a diverse range of asset classes, including:

  • Physical cash (USD).
  • Most fiat currencies, including Chinese yuan.
  • Cryptocurrencies such as BTC or USDT.
  • Medium Term Note (MTNs).
  • Physical gold.
  • Carbon credits and carbon offsets.

Our minimum entry point is $10 million, but our high-yield trading programs typically begin at €100 million, delivering premium opportunities to investors looking to offset the cost of their transaction.

By leveraging our regulated platform, VC-A Members can confidently explore unique investment avenues while ensuring a secure and efficient process.

VC-A 's Fund-Raising Platform Reaches New Heights

Our ecosystem of direct lenders and specialised debt solution providers (see: Debt Raising Platform) continues to expand, unlocking new opportunities for businesses.

Through strategic partnerships with Credit Enhancers, we are now able to support companies with poor credit rating that are often excluded from traditional financing options.

Our solutions include a diverse range of offerings, such as Asset-Backed Loans, Project Finance, and Enhanced Bond Monetization, tailored to meet the unique needs of each business.

This growth reinforces our commitment to providing innovative funding solutions and enabling access to capital for a broader range of companies.

VC-A M&A SUITE

We have conducted a campaign to identify inactive VC-A Members and streamline the VC-A M&A Suite. As a result, 337 members were removed due to either personal choice or prolonged inactivity.
While joining VC-A remains free, we believe in fostering mutual commitment. Therefore, former members who wish to rejoin will be required to pay a fee of £150, which will be credited toward their future fees.

On the 9th day of December 2024, our database included 42,532 Contacts, 28,441 Companies and 1,201 VC-A Members.
