As we bid farewell to 2023, it's time to reflect and write our wish list for the upcoming 2024.
Let's kick things off by celebrating Wealth & Finance International’s accolade, naming Value Creation – Alternative as the Corporate Advisory Firm of the Year for fund management. This honor aligns seamlessly with the launch of two Professional Investors Funds, Eminux Fund, and Farsight Fund, as compartments of Axion International Funds SICAV— our collective investment scheme licensed by the Maltese Financial Services Authorities designed to attract capital from Institutional Investors.
Exciting talks are underway with various venture builders, accelerators, incubators, and portfolio managers to create additional funds, spanning VC/PE, NPL, real estate, and infrastructure funds.
In 2023, we have also partnered with the International Trade Council and invested in its subsidiary, the International Center for Trade Transparency and Monitoring to expand significantly our reach across 179 countries and 2.4 million subscribers.
Cheers to the Council for Trade and Investment Promotion, our partnering company, for receiving the green light to kick off a $20 million project developing Senior Citizens Residences in Newark, New Jersey.
Peeking into 2024, here are my top three wishes for Papa Noël:
No more scams. Scammers, please save your time. We have a stringent onboarding compliance process and so-called “John Smiths” with @ yahoo email addresses pretending to invest in our projects won't make the cut as VC-A Investors.
Realistic prospects. Fund seekers, be realistic. Value Creation – Alternative stands as an alternative to the mainstream. Fortune 100 companies are not our clients. If you come to us, it is because your bank turned you down, so expect fair offers aligned with your level of distress. but not rock-bottom ones.
Collaborative clients. Project developers and entrepreneurs. VC-A is all about collaboration, not freebies. We've got no shortage of projects, and everyone, including Elon Musk, is seeking capital. Our senior professional VC-A Members won't work for free without at least your skin in the game.
